In My Mailbox (15)

IMM is a weekly feature, hosted by Kristi from The Story Siren, which helps bloggers to show the books they've got during the last weeks.

This week I bought those pretty books. Both are Hebrew translations for two books you probably already know.

The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead.
I obviously have my own copy in English but had to own this pretty cover and to figure how they translated so many thing.. it's hard being a fan like that!

The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton.
Heard so many good stuff about this book so I really didn't think twice before buying this book. I'm glad this book has finally been translated. Can't wait for reading it.

And two e-books:

Descended by Blood        The Forever Girl: Sophia's Journey (Forever Girl, #1)

Descended by Blood by Angeline Kace
The Forever Girl by Rebecca Hamilton

What's in your mailbox this week? Have you read The Outsiders yet?

  3. Oh, I read Descended by Blood last year, after the author told asked if we wanted e-ARCs. *grin* Hope you enjoy it! And how cool is that! A friend of mine tried to explain how Hebrew works, but I think I'm too stupid to get it. ;_;

    1. Oh, lucky you for getting ARC (even E-ARCs) lol.
      Hebrew is a tough language, from what I've heard, I can't know! But it surely harder than English.

    2. Then again, is there any language that ISN'T harder than English? XD *ducks and hopes no one will throw something at her* (I only speak German, English, a little Latin and three Vietnamese phrases.. Hebrew still seems much harder, but it's such a beautiful language! ;_;)

      Last year the author offered every bookblogger an e-ARC who wrote her, so maybe she'll do something similiar this year again? :)

    3. Well, I believe Spanish is easier than English lol. But you're right, Hebrew is beautiful. I think English's vocalbulary is smaller (;
      My friend told me about an American who studied 5 years and then he only could READ what he's read, not talking about understanding.. So lucky I grew with it! You're welcome to ask, of course.

      Since I already have a copy, I guess I'll not need it but it's always cool to get free books! (I'm totally broke..)
